The high-voltage series reactor is suitable for the 6~35KV power system. The Tysen-kld iron core reactor coil is made of high-quality special silicon steel sheets and coils through epoxy casting, vacuum impregnation, and curing in a constant temperature furnace. It is a reliable dry product featuring high dynamic and thermal stability, excellent insulation strength, high reliability, and low cost, and low magnetic flux leakage, low profile and small size.

Features

The core is made from high-quality low-loss cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, cut and stamped by high-speed punching machines. It features small burrs, regular uniformity, and neat stacking, ensuring low temperature rise and noise during the operation of the high-voltage filter reactor.

The H-grade epoxy impregnation system is applied under vacuum conditions. This epoxy impregnation provides excellent insulation performance and mechanical strength, capable of withstanding large current impacts and thermal shocks without cracking. Additionally, the epoxy-impregnated coil is water-resistant, has low partial discharge, and can operate safely in harsh environmental conditions. Its cylindrical structure offers a large heat dissipation area and high heat dissipation efficiency..

The structure of capacitor unit adopts the design of protruding electrode plate, which can basically eliminate the resistance loss and improve the instantaneous overcurrent capability. The interpolar medium is a polypropylene film with a roughened surface prone to impregnation, which greatly improves the reliability of large-capacity capacitors.

The coil's top and bottom ends use epoxy pads and silicone rubber shock-absorbing pads. This scientific design and rational structure, combined with effective vibration reduction measures, significantly reduce vibration during coil operation, resulting in lower product noise.
