High-speed real-time compensation function: The advanced technology of thyristor control can easily be compensated within20ms, which can meet any frequent and rapid industrial load requirements.
No input inrush current: The capacitor is only input into the system when the voltage difference between the two ends of the thyristor is zero and synchronized. Therefore, there is no common contactor switching. The surge current caused by difference in voltages between the two terminals eliminates the faults and disturbances that may be caused by inrush current.
No transient current when cutting off: The zero-crossing switching controller will control the capacitor to disconnect from the circuit at the instant when current value in the sine wave is zero, which can ensure free of transient current during disconnection of capacitor and avoid removal of instantaneous arc by the capacitor and its damage, which greatly increase the safety of use.
No limit on the number of switching operations: With the characteristics of "zero-cross switching", it can switch capacitors or capacitor banks very frequently and safely.
