Tysen-kld high-voltage power capacitors adopt excellent technical design,use easily impregnated polypropylene film as the full-film dielectric, and use insulating oil with high safety and environmental protection performance without .PCB as the impregnating agent. The enclosure construction has high explosion-proof specifications to ensure the safety of use. Each capacitor assembly has a fuse protection (internal fusing or external fusing protection), and each capacitor is built-in with discharge resistor.

Features

Environmentally friendly insulating oil

The insulating oil used as impregnant has excellent dielectric properties,stable chemical properties, and free of chlorine or chlorinated biphenyls, and can be completely biodegradable. It has advantages of pollution-free to environment, low freezing point, low viscosity, and good low temperature performance; excellent absorption capacity for gas generated by partial discharge, high ignition point, and excellent overvoltage withstand ability. The capacitor is equipped with flame-retardant components,discharge components and self-protection components.

Special gas mixed with insulating oil

The trace water content of medium and impregnant is an important issue that affect the partial discharge performance of capacitor. This process can further remove the trace water in the oil medium; improve the partial discharge performance and electrical resistance; better promote the movement of impregnant to facilitate heat dissipation; reduce the weight of impregnant medium and furthermore reduce the overall weight; have better reliability and longer service life.

Design of protruding electrode plate

The structure of capacitor unit adopts the design of protruding electrode plate, which can basically eliminate the resistance loss and improve the instantaneous overcurrent capability. The interpolar medium is a polypropylene film with a roughened surface prone to impregnation, which greatly improves the reliability of large-capacity capacitors.

Aluminum folding structure

The edge of aluminum foil used as electrode adopts a folded aluminum foil structure. The edge is arc-shaped to improve the field strength distribution. The ratio of maximum fringe field strength to average field strength is reduced from 6 times to about 2 times, which eliminates the edge burrs of the electrode by eliminating the high field strength points, enable design of higher electric field strength than general capacitors, reduce the loss of capacitor, reduce the probability of partial discharge of capacitor, and thus further improve the insulation reliability of capacitor.

Application areas

Used for LV var compensation device to provide var compensation to the power grid system, improve power factor, reduce line and transformer losses, and play the role of voltage support.

Used in harmonic filtering device, it can compensate var, and meanwhile absorb a lot of harmonics and purify the power grid.
