The ZN139 series vacuum circuit breaker adopts advanced casting type solid sealed pole, and its special structure ensures reliable protection of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, avoiding the influence of mechanical impact, dust, and moisture.
Vacuum circuit breakers do not require arc extinguishing and insulation media. In fact, there are no ionizable substances in the arc extinguishing chamber. In any case, when the contacts separate, the arc channel between the contacts is only composed of the metal vapor of the contact material. When the main circuit current disappears at the natural zero crossing point, the arc cannot be sustained. At this moment, the rapidly decreasing current density and rapidly condensing vacuum metal vapor quickly restore insulation between the contacts.
The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber thus restores its insulation capability and the ability to withstand system transient recovery voltage, ultimately extinguishing the arc.
The contact material adopts high-quality materials, with cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic vacuum arc extinguishing chamber contacts and low current cutoff values; Adopting a one-time sealing process, the medium recovery strength is high and the leakage rate is low; High mechanical strength and long mechanical lifespan; Strong insulation recovery capability, greatly reducing reignition and TRV breakdown.
